JQH (002885) received the reply on the Approval of Non-public Shares Issuance of Shenzhen JingQuanHua Electronics Co.,Ltd. (Securities regulatory license [2020] No. 1394) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 13, 2020, which approved JQH to issue non-public new shares of no more than 54 million. The reply shall be effective within 12 months from the date of approval.
