    Application Area

Widely used in power systems, industrial, construction, and new energy fields.

    Product Features

    • A dry-type transformer refers to a power transformer using natural cooling or air cooling, whose core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. It is widely used in power transmission and distribution systems in places such as factory workshops, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, ports, subway systems, and oil platforms, and can also be used to form compact substations together with switchgear. The voltage level is below 35kV, with product capacity ranging from 30-25000kVA.
    • Product Features: Safe, reliable, and convenient; low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capability; excellent moisture resistance, can operate normally in high humidity environments; flame-retardant, fire-resistant, and pollution-free, can be directly installed in load centers; maintenance-free, easy to install, low comprehensive operational cost.

    Product Highlights

    • Energy-saving and environmentally friendly: Epoxy SCB12 meets the 2024 edition of the new national standard for Level 3 energy efficiency; SCB14 meets the Level 2 energy efficiency; and SCB18 meets the Level 1 energy efficiency.
    • 45-degree full-diagonal-step joint core: The core is made of high-quality, high-magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a 45-degree full-diagonal-step joint. The core columns are bound with insulating tape, and the surface is coated with special resin to prevent moisture and rust, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and core noise.
    • Multi-layer segmented cylindrical high-voltage coil: The high-voltage winding conductor is wound with F(H) class insulated copper wire, using glass mesh as a reinforcing filler, and cast with epoxy resin mixture under vacuum conditions (1-3 mbar). It can effectively suppress the occurrence of partial discharge, with the partial discharge volume not exceeding 5PC.
    • Longitudinal duct foil-structured low-voltage coil: The low-voltage coil is wound with high-quality foil conductors on an automatic foil winding machine with argon arc protection welding, featuring high welding precision. Pre-impregnated DMD is used as interlayer insulation, with the upper and lower ends sealed with epoxy resin and then cured in a curing oven for excellent moisture resistance.
    • Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing protective enclosure: IP20 protection prevents the entry of solid objects larger than 12mm in diameter and can withstand accidental impacts.
    • Comprehensive temperature protection and control device: The overheat protection device is designed to detect and control the transformer's temperature through a PT thermistor embedded in the low-voltage coil. During transformer operation, it cyclically displays the temperature of the three-phase windings, shows the temperature of the hottest winding, triggers an over-temperature alarm and trip, provides sound and light warnings, activates the fan, offers fan overload protection, and includes a computer interface.
